The RINPR article by Ambar Espinoza takes a look at the new FORTIFIED house being built in Matunuck, Rhode Island by Caldwell & Johnson.  Pam Rubinoff of the Coastal Resource Center has been instrumental in introducing FORTIFIED houses in Rhode Island.  “Rubinoff has started working with insurance companies to urge them to offer discounts to homeowners with FORTIFIED homes.”
